Is a Chabiti card free?
The basic plan is completely free: create your card, share the link, use the QR code, contact saving, and the mobile-optimized layout. Some advanced features (custom domain, detailed analytics, team collaboration) belong to the paid tier on the product roadmap.
I already printed my QR code - can I change my URL?
Don't change the slug: Printed QR codes point to the old link and die the moment you change it. Two safe options: keep the slug, or connect a custom domain (it runs alongside, and the old link keeps working).
My link shows an ugly preview on Zalo/Facebook?
Open the card in the editor → Settings → Social share preview → click Refresh preview, then save. Note that social networks cache previews - the new image may take a while to appear where the link was already shared.
How many blocks can I add?
50 per card - though in practice 6–10 well-crafted blocks outperform a crowded card. See layout tips.
My profile photo looks blurry or badly cropped?
Use a source image that's large enough (at least ~400×400px for avatars) and square. During upload, Chabiti's crop tool lets you choose the visible area - center your face in the frame.
Can I download my card's source code and self-host?
Yes. In the editor, choose Download card source: You get a ZIP with a complete index.html, embedded images, and a detailed README.txt. Upload to Netlify (drag & drop), GitHub Pages, or cPanel (public_html) and it runs. Two caveats: the export needs Internet access for Google Fonts, and it's a static snapshot: Editing your card on Chabiti won't update the self-hosted copy.
I invited a teammate but they can't see the card?
Check two things: the invited email must already have a Chabiti account (the system warns you if not), and the invitee should look under "Shared with me" on the My Cards page - not the regular card list. Details in team collaboration.
What if the employee managing our company card leaves?
Before the handover, use Transfer ownership to the successor. Better prevention: have the official company card owned by a shared company account from day one, with staff as Editors.
Foreign visitors only see Vietnamese?
Add an English version to the card (fastest via AI translation) and enable Allow language switching: Or set the Default language to English if your audience is mostly international. See bilingual cards.
Can I hide the "Powered by Chabiti" line?
Yes - the Theme tab has a Hide Chabiti credit option.
